This project involved the design and construction of a new office and warehouse space for a growing industrial piping distributor. A variety of alterations to the existing space were required to meet their needs including a 24' wide drive in door and ramp installation, new loading dock positions, structural improvements, power and lighting upgrades. Special care was taken to allow for future office and warehouse expansion.
